December Daily 2020 // Day 20

Welcome to my December Daily 2020 | Story 20 - a list of twenty random & great things from 2020 paired with a stamped page of some items from the list. I LOVE TODAY’S SPREAD!
If you watch the flip-through video of my foundation pages, then you’ll see that it was my plan all along to use Ali’s digital 20 List page from the beginning, however, I wasn’t sure what I was going to list. At first I was thinking of my twenty favorite holiday songs, but the closer I got to day twenty, the clearer it became that I wanted to list things from the past 11 months.
Even though I knew from the start that I was going to use that 20 LIST page on DAY 20, I hadn’t had the slightest clue what page I was going to pair with it. Last minute, I took inspiration from Ali’s story seven this year where she stamped/created a full-page background.
I did mine by stamping a few of the items on my list with three different inks I had and these basic, wood block Amy Tangerine stamps. Creating this page was messy and raw and so tangible and great, compared to the pristine digital right side of the spread. I love this contrast!
The two gold glitter stars on these pages were from a pack from Paper Source. There were, like, four sheets of these, so I’m using them so liberally on almost every. single. spread. Stars on stars on stars!
