December Daily 2020 // Day 6
/Welcome to my December Daily 2020 | Story 6.
Today’s story is about weekend coziness - my utmost appreciation for it and why I think it’s been easier for me to grant myself this year.
I took this shot of Tom and the cats, and the story came easily after. I also love everything about the six page and how it’s just three elements working so nicely on top of each other: my puffy paint heart stapled to the right color mint chipboard ‘6’ on top of the coolest simple grid card with bronze foil paint splats.
Another swivel page to reveal the journalling underneath. I love this trick!
The card from Ali’s Holiday Cheer card deck that matched DAY 6’s story is the one that reads “embrace the longer evenings and create a cozy fire with your favorite people.” Well, these three ARE my favorite people, but there was no fire. Instead there was a sea of blankets on our life-raft of a couch. I could not ask for more.
Thanks for visiting and allowing me to share how my Decmeber’s going. If you’re new to December Daily, find out all about it from Ali Edwards’ website. You can see how I’ve participated in the past HERE. Stay well & happy documenting! xoxo
