The Hamptons // July 2020

Everything I had mentioned for my fourth trip to Tom’s parents’ Hamptons house: pool, beach, watch the Mets, drink, cook, relax, and spend time together — all checked off! Not on the list, but also worth mentioning was a morning jog, mini golf with Tom’s friend Kyle, a wild frog sighting, volleyball and bachata in the shallow end of the pool, many episodes in season 1 of Money Heist watched, one of the best darn steak dinners I’ve had in my life at East Hampton Grill, and a few games of ping pong with our special rules.

We both needed this weekend away, and now that we’re back, I feel like we are a stronger unit.
