Halloween 2019

We weren’t flashy, we were FLASHERS! Haa haa! I had found this image on Pinterest, and although Tom wasn’t enthusiastic about the idea at the start (he didn’t yet know the boundlessness of my creativity and vision! ha!) he was SOOOO on board when the time came to construct!
I ordered him a man chest t-shirt and hairy man-leg sweatpants to wear underneath the trenchcoat, and we had a great time flashing everybody at the Halloween party we went to.
Now, we were invited to ANOTHER dress-up get together on November 1st, and for THAT party we decided to go as my last-minute genius idea: LIZZO and her “NEW MAN ON THE MINNESOTA VIKINGS”. 100% amazing and - if you ask me - our costumes came out great!
Turns out, we were the “most dressed” there (of course), and even though only half of the people at the bar knew who we were, it was a lot of fun for the ones who did: high fives, laughs, impromptu Truth Hurts duets with strangers, and a shout out by the DJ. 🍺💜. // see the whole thing on IG here.
