NEW WORKOUT GEAR // 3 MONTH HEALTH JOURNAL | Amanda Zampelli

I’ve been getting myself up most days and getting to my gym’s outdoor workout sessions that start at 6am (oh, glorious teacher summers, I love you). Since attending these classes 4-6 days a week, I’ve need some new gear. Most importantly a mat, so I don’t do burpees or push-ups on the pointy gravel of the parking lot.

I found this plush mat (that comes with a separate extra piece to use for your knees or head), and then this amazing slip-on-slip-off easy, breezy mat strap so I could carry it without a problem to and from the class.

Getting it done, and having some fun (with cute accessories)! This is rather motivating.
