After spending the entire Memorial Day weekend pigging out (…and let’s be real: the whole two months of quarantine leading up to it too) I decided ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH. I took to my laptop and started to keep a behind-the-scenes web log of the day-by-day as it was happening… because at 20 pounds over my magic weight number and nearing 200lbs (the HEAVIEST I’ve ever been), yo’girl needed to take action. “Talking” to myself and feeling like what I was experiencing could be useful & helpful to someone one day was the magic key. I NEEDED THIS, y’all. And IT WORKED! Here’s the story…
